Mitt Fitt – Outside-of-the-Box Approach to Working Out

I was looking for a fun alternative to do on the weekend to compliment my weekly exercise regimen. Boxing wasn’t anything I had ever done before so starting Mitt Fitt with Kris was intimidating. I had no idea what to expect or if I could even do it?!?! After one session I was hooked. Besides being an incredible total body workout and great stress reliever, Mitt Fitt is mentally stimulating as well. Your body and mind work in sync to create this sort of rhythm, of punching and rolling, that you actually forget how hard you are working. I especially love that Mitt Fitt offers schedule flexibility which is really important because I can do it when time allows or when I need a class to keep all my goals in line. Kris is great to work with and has done a super job coordinating all of our workouts around my skill level while continuing to add new skills each session to keep things interesting. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an outside-of-the-box approach to working out.
