Kris Schulte Total Body Fitness Personal TrainerKris has had a passion for fitness, boxing and working out since a young age. He used this passion to excel in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years, as an amateur boxer for 5 years, and as a USA ABF boxing coach for 4 years. Working out on a regular basis for the past 25+ years, Kris has researched and gained knowledge on the newest most efficient fitness techniques and programs.

As a certified personal trainer and am American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED, Kris will utilize his knowledge and skills to help both beginners and the hard core fitness enthusiasts to reach there fitness goals. In his spare time Kris enjoys working out with his wife and spending quality family time with his four daughters.
